information for referring veterinarians

Thank you for considering Comfort @ Home for your dog or cat patient.

Our palliative care services are provided by referral, and we require palliative care patients to have primary care veterinarians. We strive to provide thorough communication with you every time we treat your patient.

Referrals for hospice care and in-home euthanasia are also appreciated. We'd be honored to be your preferred provider for these services. 

Comfort @ Home's services are limited to pain management, palliative care, home hospice care, and in-home euthanasia for dogs and cats. We do NOT provide wellness care: no well pet exams, no wellness labs, and no vaccines. We do not offer sick patient visits. We do not do dental procedures or surgeries. Conditions not directly related to a pet's pain management, palliative care, or hospice care will be referred back to you, the primary care veterinarian.
